I'm Jody Grafals. I founded TechQuest in 1998, and we build custom AI solutions, networks and cybersecurity for one business at a time, on-site or remote.

I started out running networks in a Manhattan data center, then came home to upstate New York and have kept small businesses online ever since. Most of my bigger jobs come from referrals, often after someone else couldn't fix the problem.
These days a lot of that work is done with AI: agents do the legwork, and I review and approve everything that ships. I run Linux on the desktop and my own servers, and I'd rather a business own its systems than rent them.
